Everything from the Economy Package is included. A very detailed description of every cure and suggestion during the consult is emailed to you within a week afterwards. This way, you receive every cure in writing. Many times, an inspiration occurs during the night after a consult, so you benefit from this information as well. Nine red envelopes include the fee. All aspects of Efficiency Plan are included, and together, we actually begin moving pieces around as needed: furniture, artwork, etc. in a four/five/six hour time period, the latter hours occurring in (a) separate appointment. Although I sell a few common cures such as crystals, needed cures are ordered from our resources for your space. You will be charged cost plus shipping & handling in addition to my fee. Nine red envelopes include the fee. ($840-1,344 value)

Luxury Package

All features contained in the Prestige Package, plus all cures and design changes needed in your space will be installed when we’re deemed safe to interact, which will be directly related to your personalized cohesive interior design plan. Fees are determined by the breadth of the project, and agreed upon contractually by both parties prior to work.

Red Envelope Tradition

The 9 red envelopes are a spiritual tradition in feng shui, as sacred and secret information is being shared with you. A reproducible sample for a traditional envelope can be emailed to you, yet any red envelopes may be used. You can: 1.) mail a personal check into one envelope and some money (at least a penny) in the remaining 8, or 2.) pay by credit card and mail some money (at least a penny) in each of the nine red envelopes.

Before our consultation you will need to:

1) talk w/me on the phone about your needs,

2) Email me your floor plan, and

3) provide me w/cc payment if that’s your chosen form of payment.

At the appointed time I’ll arrive at your home/office, wearing a mask. You will provide me with 9 red envelopes, with at least a penny in each. If paying by check, you can include your check in one of the envelopes. You will then be introduced to the Ba-gua and shown how it’s laid on your home.

We can also make our consultation virtual if that’s your preference. You will need to mail me the 9 red envelopes prior to our Zoom meeting.

Fundamental Service

Our starting plan includes an initial phone conversation, a Discovery meeting, measuring and floor plan drawing, with consideration for good feng shui, and a concluding meeting when we present the finalized floor plan.

Extended Level Service

Everything from the Fundamental Service is included plus you will be presented with a preliminary design (including basic drawings, color scheme, key materials and furniture selections) based on your preferred style, taste, and desired investment in the project. The final presentation will include all previously approved elements, as well as materials reflecting requested revisions. A list of resources for acquiring materials will be included.

Ultimate Level Service

Everything from the Extended Level Service is included plus we provide 3-D drawings of the spaces with their new design, so you can easily envision your new space. The drawings, color scheme, materials, lighting and furniture selections are all presented for final approval. We handle the entire ordering process for you, making it easy, efficient and manageable. Any possible issues with a product are handled by our company, and deliveries are set up for the appropriate time in construction. We collaborate with all contractors, fabricators or tradespeople. We manage all details during the construction or installation phases. Prior to the Final Reveal day, all furnishings are delivered and styled by us so that each room of the design can come to life. You arrive home and your new space is presented to you. We walk through the reveal with you and show how all of our plans have come to life! Shortly afterwards, we’ll have a professional photographer to mark this moments occasion.

Your Investment

Your investment in this interior design project is determined by the job, rather than on a per hour basis. Variables such as the number of rooms, the square footage of each, whether you want good, better or the best products, and our time to complete the job successfully determine your investment. You will be provided with an estimate of costs at the preliminary design meeting, and again at the final design meeting, prior to ordering materials.
